DIY wedding Flick group faves

Today marks ONE MONTH until my wedding.  YIKES!!

I still have some things to do, but not too many... what were you all doing one month before your weddings?  What should I be worried about that I may not have thought of yet?
Lots of wedding stuff happening these days on the blog, hope you don't mind.  One very fun part of it for me has been seeing pics from many of your weddings!  I started a Flickr group for your wedding DIYs, and some of you have shared awesome projects and ideas there!!  If you haven't checked it out yet, please do, and I'd love to see your pics.

For now, here are a few of my faves so far from your Flickr photos:
From Claire and her friend Meghan
From Jbrighterthanyou
From C_Michael
(If you did any DIYs for your wedding, or the wedding of a friend or loved one, I'd love for you to share them in the Adventures in Dressmaking DIY Weddings Flickr group!!)

  1. The fabric boutonnieres are so adorable. I love the seersucker leaves!

  2. How clever is that boutonniere? I love flowers but it pains me to see them cut and wilting. What a great alternative! And easy for colour matching! LOL

  4. Thanks for posting those photos, how fun! The boutonniere is from my wedding and I'm so excited that everyone likes them so much! My good friend and bridesmaid Meghan (who has a blog at http://anothercraftyday.blogspot.com/) designed and made a ton of ribbon flowers for the boutonnieres, mother's corsages, and bouquets. They were so pretty and I love that I still have my bouquet a year later : )
