When our beautiful wedding photos (by the oh-so-talented Becky of Studio 623 Photography) were featured on Ruffled recently, I was also asked to share the story of my wedding dress on Perfect Bound!
Check out the feature here... I'm so flattered to be asked to share the story of my homemade creation... THE dress for me!
The Perfect Bound story also talks about the bridesmaid dresses I made.
And, the dress again.
Ahhhh, weddings, how I love them! Anyone out there still engaged? Seems like lots of people have gotten married recently, but I wonder if there are still brides-to-be planning and reading the blogs. I'll never stop loving wedding blogs!

Gorgeous! :) I loved following along as you were making your dresses. I'm getting married next October... will soon start making things for it :) (though not my dress)
ReplyDeleteStill planning and following blogs! But it's exciting seeing bloggers who have gotten married and are now sharing their lives after!
ReplyDeleteI just came across this blog... your dress is amazing. I am getting married next year and am just beginning to learn to sew. I'd love to make something for the wedding but probably not the dress!
ReplyDeletei love your wedding ideas! i'm getting married in may and are planning to do your birdcage veil :) thank you so much for the tutorial!
ReplyDeletei bought my dress, but designed it myself (had it sewn in china) because i'm not really a hero with the sewing machine :(
Thanks! Designing yourself is the fun part ;). Glad you liked the veil tutorial!
